The Yellow Katsin Mana is one of the varieties of colors of the Katsin Mana family that are commonly referred to as a Corn Maidens.  She brings songs in prayer for the clouds to bring the rains for a bountiful harvest, and can be identified by the color of corn they appear with.  They also appear to dance along with the Hemis Katsina during the Niman ceremony. In this case, they dance next to the Hemis Katsinam singing a different song and will also play a gourd instrument in rhythm to the song, creating the sound of a frog croaking.
